In the third quarter of 2025, the top News & Magazines applications on the Android platform in Cyprus showcased varied performance trends, according to Sensor Tower data.

X from X Corp. saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $170 and peaking at $396 by mid-September. Weekly downloads for the app displayed a positive trend, rising from around 443 at the beginning of the quarter to a high of 867 by late September.

Hindi News by Dainik Bhaskar experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, beginning at about 147 and seeing a peak of 208 downloads in late July before settling at 123 by the end of September.

Public Local News - Shuru App had a variable download pattern, starting at 100 downloads and reaching a mid-quarter peak of 157. By the end of September, downloads were slightly lower at 86.

Kerkida.net observed a declining trend in downloads. The app started with 227 downloads and saw a significant drop to as low as 16 in early September, with a slight recovery to 45 by the end of the quarter.
